Telling the story of the places I’ve traveled hiking through art
An iconic footpath winding across mountain ridges roughly 2,200 miles from Georgia to Maine, known as the Appalachian Trail. I hiked this trail in 2016 from end to end, it took me 91 days. What I remember most is the rolling mountains off in the distance, the nights spent walking in the dark under the moonlight getting in bonus miles, and hanging out down by rivers in the dense forest. Trying to capture those things through simplicity in this painting.
